I have read it! Edmond Dantes from The Count of Monte Cristo (Mikelle and I always slip up and call it Crisco- like the vegetable shortening)- I loved it because of the intrigue of his elaborate plan. I think I enjoyed it so much because, as a reader, I couldn't help but feel his thirst for revenge. It is almost as if you feel wronged along with him, and that you, through him, must find that sense of relief through revenge.
